OPSYQCOD delivers specialized, high-tier software engineering services spanning custom full-stack development, cloud solutions, intelligent bot automation, and cybersecurity auditing. The exact technical scope of work (SOW) is defined and agreed upon per project.

OPSYQCOD strictly adheres to recognized ethical white-hat cybersecurity standards. Under no circumstances will any security scan, vulnerability probe, or penetration test be conducted without verified, documented written authorization from the legal owner of the target infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability & External Services
While OPSYQCOD adheres to enterprise-grade engineering rigor, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages or operational downtime caused by external third-party outages (such as Telegram API policy shifts, LLM API disruptions, or cloud infrastructure downtime).
Key Provisions & Commitments
No liability for third-party upstream platform downtime (e.g. AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, Telegram).
Client holds primary duty to safeguard handed-over root API keys and database credentials.
Maximum aggregate studio financial liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, alongside standard international software contracting best practices. In the event of any disagreement, both parties commit to pursuing amicable negotiation in good faith prior to pursuing external dispute mechanisms.

Priority placed on good-faith amicable consultation between executive parties.
Jurisdiction of competent commercial courts in the Arab Republic of Egypt for unresolved matters.
